The mission of the Payroll Accounting - or Payroll Management - requires overall knowledge of the individual situation of each employee, in-depth knowledge of the operational requirements set by the company, as well as a perfect understanding of the legal environment (national and international). thg Human Resources meets these challenges day after day. In Belgium as well as in Luxembourg, our experienced team works to bring answers to your questions in the shortest possible time and with the necessary confidentiality.


Our origins

At first thg Human Resources was considered as a complementary service, proposed to the clients of the expert accountant offices of our group. However, it gradually became an independent and important pillar of thg. Currently this department has 17 multilingual employees, spread over a Luxembourg office (Weiswampach) and a Belgian site (Eupen). The significant growth of thg Human Resources would not have been possible without the motivated commitment and the quality of its employees. It has allowed us to acquire a strong notoriety in a sector and a region where competition is very lively.


Our clients are Belgian companies (2/3) and Luxembourg companies (1/3). More than one in ten companies located in East Belgium trusts us. Every month, around 12% of the employees of the cross-border region receive a payslip made by thg Human Resources.
